"The lumber was great and the experience was worth repeating and certainly will be. The only thing that caused me to step back may have been my own inexperience. I ordered 10 bdft of Ash and 10 bdft of Birch in the same order and they came in the same box. Unfortunately, it took me a bit of time to tell which was which since to my eye they look a lot alike (I'm not quite an expert yet). Beyond that, it was a good experience and you will be hearing from me again. "

The zebra wood was more brittle than the only other sample of zebra wood I have worked with, but my experience is VERY limited and so I realize that could be a character of the wood. I'm using these woods for making rings, so I cut fairly thin slices. Otherwise I am very happy with the wood and will definitely be purchasing again. "
